About us

Mabuhay! I created this website for friends and family to visit and be updated to what's happening in our lives. Chris and I met online through asianeuro site. I am originally from Philippines. I was born there and moved to the US when I got married to the most amazing and loving husband. I am a proud mother of Cassandra Rose (a.k.a Casey). Chris and Casey are my biggest accomplishments in my life, my pride and joy. I would not know what my life would be like if I would not have them.

I definitely love working with computer and I have always wanted to have my own website for people to visit and enjoy. It has really alluring hobby! It’s wonderful all the things I have learned on a daily basis, and I still do to this day. I have so much to learn.

Feel free to visit our photos, read my blog and many other pages to see what's new in our lives. Please take a moment to sign our guest book before leaving. We would like to know you were here. If you have any comments/suggestions, shoot us an e-mail. We hope you'll enjoy your visit. God bless you and Have a good one!

Blessings,
The Lane Family

Story time in the Barnyard!
Posted on August 19, 2008

The Rancho Cordova Moms group was out for story time at the Petting Barn in Hagan Park. Casey had a chance to feed the chickens. She was chasing the chickens but the chickens were faster than Casey. She wasn't happy about it. This is Casey's second time to be in a Barnyard. The last time was when we were up in Apple Hill with our friends Bill & Maricel, I believe that was last year. Anyway, We spent about an hour and a half at Hagan park and then we headed home. .I'm glad we went and met some of the C2C members. Here's the photos

Spaghetti & Meatball Soup!
Posted on August 18, 2008

I tried a new recipe again and it came out very good. I got the recipe from Raley’s free magazine "something extra" winter 2006 edition. I started collecting their magazine since I found out they are up for grabs, at every Raley's store. It's complimentary for their customers. I enjoy their magazine and I always check to see if there is new one. Anyway, this recipe is good for winter, though, I wanted to try it just incase we like it, and then it will be added to our winter menu list. It’s so easy to make and not a lot of ingredients, this is the reason why I tried this… (lol), I would say it is inexpensive dinner but it is very tasty! My daughter loves it especially if you put croutons on top of it.

Farewell Party
Posted on August 16, 2008

We were off to Roseville yesterday to attend a farewell party. Our friend, Niah and her family will be moving to Colorado. It’s been awhile since we have joined them for get-together, as I remember I think the last time we did, was on Kathleen’s birthday, I believe that was Last February. It’s so nice to see all my friends again, I missed them, the gathering, the laugh and of course the food! Casey had a great time there; she got a chance to be in the pool. She was excited to be in the water. I didn’t bring swim suit for her but It’s a good thing Marie has one extra swim suit for Casey. She always does that…brought extra clothes! Loida has extra swim suit for me but I didn’t feel like swimming just want to be a photographer but unfortunately didn’t get a lot of pictures. For some reason the camera wasn’t working correctly, so I gave up taking pictures. Anyway, we had a great day with friends yesterday. It’s sad to know that Niah and her family will be moving to Colorado, we will for sure miss your presence guys in our upcoming gatherings. Keep in touch! Check out the photos
